Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress who is famous for her parts in the film Hum Aapke Koun. She began her career in the late 1980s, and rose into prominence thanks to her character in the Tezaab film, where she starred alongside an established actor Anil Kapoor. The next time she appeared on the screen was in Dil alongside Aamir. In Mumbai her home, she grew up within a middle class family parents. At a very young age, she started to take dance lessons. She ventured into acting as an infant and was struggling through a couple of years since the majority of her first films failed. In the end, she was one of the top actresses from Indian film. After her marriage the actress took time to rest from her acting career until she returned. She played a major role on Gulaab Gang, a film about women's struggles in India. Dixit has been nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards. Of these, she has won 8. The actress was also honoured with her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian award in India. Her work in the field of social service is known to the world.
